I just build a itx recently. I m able to enter the bios.
There are 5 situations happening randomly.
1. the computer boot but black screen after the asus loading screen. All the situation happen no matter i oc my ram or not and cool boot also.
2. the computer boot but the vga light always on, black screen.
3. it enter windows but the screen moving slow. I turn on the gpuz and see that the 3090 is running at pcie 16 x 1.1, and its keep reinstalling the driver.
4. it enter windows but it running at pcie 8 x 4.0. no any promble using it.
5. it enter windows running at pcie 16 x 4.0. no any problem using it.
I try reassemble the pc and clear the gold finger. Also try another pcie riser, still not working.
I search on google and see similar problem, i try turning soc voltage below 1.2, turn off resizalbe bar and turn all pcie power to max, still not working.
I also try directly plug in the card into the slot without pcie riser, it work fine.
so i wounder is that the motherboard not competible with the riser or both or the raiser is malfunction, but i just bought the riser like a week ago.
