B650E-F ARGB Header Problem

I’m using an Asus B650E-F motherboard, and I suspect there’s an issue with the ARGB header or the control chip. I’ve been using this system with all the ARGB components working perfectly for nearly a year. However, after formatting my computer, the Armoury Crate application gave an error and the screen went black. I waited about 30 minutes, but nothing happened, so I restarted the PC.

I reinstalled the software, but now it doesn’t detect my liquid cooler or the case's ARGB fans. I turned off the PC, unplugged it, waited half an hour, cleared the CMOS, uninstalled Armoury Crate using its uninstaller, and reinstalled it multiple times. I also disconnected and reconnected the headers one by one, but the problem persists.

I believe this is a software issue. When I checked with a multimeter, the headers are outputting 5V, but it seems like a bug is preventing the lighting from working.

My case is the Deepcool CK560, and my liquid cooler is the Deepcool LS520. Additionally, I have two Lexar 6000MHz Ares RAM sticks, and they’re working fine. The motherboard’s built-in ARGB lighting is also working without issues. However, it feels like the ARGB headers have stopped functioning.

In Armoury Crate, apart from the motherboard and RAM, a device called “Addressable LED Strip” always appears, even when I disconnect and reconnect the headers.
