B650e-e skipping bios screen

Hello,

I have the B650e-e, 7800x3d, QVL gskill ddr5 , 2x16GB ram modules rated for expo at 6000 and a Asus ROG strix 4080

(for this i have fast boot disabled  on all scenarios)

latest bios 2413

in all scenarios windows loads

OK Scenarios:

  • Booting from cpu with internal graphics no issues with running rated expo speeds,no error lights and bios screen appears as normal and windows loads.
  • Booting with GPU installed, expo set to 1 and ram speed set to 5200 overide, bios screen normal no error lights and bios screen appears as normal and windows loads.

NOT OK Scenarios:

  • Booting with GPU installed, expo set to 1 and ram speed set to 6000, no bios screen, white light stays on and windows loads

For some reason it seems with the GPU installed  and expo set to over 5200 it will not see the pcie to load the bios screen. Automatically the force bios video is set to PCIE which should load the bios screen.

Anyone else having this issue or similar its messing with me. I have left it at 5200mhz and all is working ok, i thought it was the cpu but must be somethign with the moteherboard or bios?

any help appreciated

**UPDATE**

After fiddling with evertyhing and trying all kinds of bios, hardware  combinations and messing around I solved my issue.

I run 2 older Asus Swift PG279 Monitors. I had to disable "Deep Sleep Mode" on both and now it boots even with expo 1 and full ram speed, shows bios screen and no white light on motehrbaordwhen running in windows.

this had me thinking i needed a new MB ram or cpu
