B650E-E GAMING WiFi Varius Issues

Hello everyone.

I own the above Motherboard. I have a varius issues such as boot times, BIOS display SSD etc. and i will explain immediately.

There are 3 different boot timings

1) Slow boot time. It lasts 45 Seconds and it goes like this: Power On PC, post time, loading circles (5 and a half) onto login screen, another loading circle (1 always or 2 at rare times) into windows, everything is set. On this part i want to mention that i use rainmeter on my PC. I've noticed that when i turn off PC from rainmeter skin (called "shutdown") then i have this long boot time. The command to this skin goes like this:

LeftMouseDownAction=!Execute [%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -t 00] --> shutdown

LeftMouseDownAction=!Execute [%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -r-t 00] --> reboot/restart

Prove to the above boot time uploaded on youtube  Here

It may has to do with power state from the command. If you have better option for this please let me know.

P.S. Here i want also to mention that if i turn off my PC by pressing the power button from my case i have the same slow boot times.

2) Fast Boot. It lasts 25 Seconds and it goes like this.: Power on PC, post time, login to windows, NO LOADING CIRCLES AT ALL. Everything is set. When i turn off my PC from Start Menu , like every normal person do, then i got this fast Boot Time, BUT NOT ALWAYS, most of the times tho.

Prove to the above boot time uploaded on youtube  Here

3) Ultra Slow Boot. Once or Twice in a month (Happened today again) after POWER ON i have all my fans running at MAX for about 20-30 seconds with black screen, after this everything goes as described on 1st step. That's total close to 1 and a half minutes.

Things i want to Fix:

1) If there is a TOTAL solution to get always Fast Boot ~25Secs. With or Without rainmeter, with or without power button.

2) If there is any explanation why No.3 Ultra Slow Boot happens once or twice in a month.

3) On BIOS, as you can see on 4th Picture, my NVME drives (Crucial & WD) don't shown. Actually can't see them on any section/part in BIOS settings that it supposed to. Any opinion why's that?

4) On BIOS as you can see on the last picture, i've set POST DELAY TIME to 0. There is absolutely no difference if it is 0, 1, 2 or 3. I've tested all these times. As you can see on both videos i've uploaded above, POST lasts around 6 seconds. Can i make it go close to 0?

BIOS Settings:

See Pictures Below. Version on the time we talk is 3067, but i just noticed there is new version 3208. I don't think if it will fix all those problems, as all other previous updates didn't.

Press F9 for search. Type in "context". You will get two results, memory context restore and power down. Set both to enabled. Save & exit.

doesn't work. Old solution. Already turned on. Context Restore is also available in 2 different sections. I have both enabled.
