ASUS shipping previously used motherboards?

Hello! So I ordered an ASUS X670E-F motherboard from a local seller several weeks ago, we unpacked it and there was a greasy stain near the CPU socket. I checked out some reviews of that motherboard model and found the others received a motherboard with greasy stains near the socket too. For example:

You may wipe most of it with a piece of fabric, but there will still be some of it left, which means it's most likely what it looks like - a sweaty fingerprint of some previous user that sent it back for some reason.

It shouldn't happen to a motherboard that you pay like 460 USD for and expect it not to have been touched before you buy it, should it?
