ASUS ROG Strix X670E-E Gaming WIFI flashback?

I get today the "ASUS ROG Strix X670E-E Gaming WIFI" and i will use the last Bios. It's better when use flashback or normal for bios update?

I have never used Flashback, i have always done it via the BIOS when required, i have seen a few youtube videos where they have managed to brick boards by using flashback on a new board and its seems Asus is particularly prone to it from what i have seen.

That being said i am only going off second hand information so its probably going to be fine, but i personally would always do it via the BIOS

I used the flashback option and had nothing but issues so I rolled back to the previous version then updated via the BIOS and have been fine since.
