Hello, mates!
I have an issue. I'm unable to turn on Expo - computer drops C5 error and restarts in safe mode. My 6400 RAMs are working within 3600 😞 So my PC is obviously underperforming and WTH I should put my everyday PC in safe mode?!!
Also, I have second issue - both B slots are dropping C5 error immediately - accordingly only A1-2 slots are working.
Please, tell me which screenshots or anything you need from me?
C5 when A2 + B2 slots combined (no booting)
Post error while booting AI with 5200 RAM speed:
Rollback to "full-auto-safe-mode"

Additionally, here is photos: when I plug RAM into A2 B2 - I'm having C5 error and that's all:
If I install it in A1 A2 - everything is "fine" in default mode (3600 instead of 5200 supported by CPU).

Welcome to the club!
It seems memory training is currently broken on BIOS 2604.
My only recommendation is flashing back to last month's 2506.

Hi @EdwardJames
Please confirm full system specs, including current BIOS version.
The correct slots for dual-channel operation are A2+B2. Firstly, please remount the CPU cooler, ensure constant mounting pressure and do not overtighten, as it can impede overclocking and DIMM detection.

@Silent_Sconeoh, forgive my ADHD I've forgot my main screenshot with all system specs ha-ha, here it is:
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix X670-E Wifi
Bios: 2604
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950x3d
RAM 4x (I have) but 2x inside: Kingston Fury (KF564C32BBEK2-64)
Power: Asus Thor Platinum 1200w
Videocard: Asus Rog Strix 4080Super OC
At the moment it's full auto-mode on everything. And I don't change anything because it'll brick my PC accordingly.
According to "Dual slots and right channels) - when I put a memory stick in slot B2 or B1 I have C5 error and my PC is NOT booting up. I can't follow your advice - it'll prevent me from booting.
I've re-mounted cooling system - it is not a problem. The cooling system were mounted by myself with extra-care. No wobbly things, no overtightening for sure.

The correct slots are A2+B2. Also, please do not combine or mix memory kits, or myself or service will not be able to assist you.
I will move the post to ROG Care so customer service can assist you further.

@Silent_SconeYour answer is not relevant in this case. I've tried to use A2+B2 slots as it told in the manual. I repeat - putting any RAM chips into slots B1 and B2 in my motherboard causes it's C5 error and my PC becomes unbootable. Accordingly I can't use it. Do you get what am I saying or I should rephrase it?
I'm not mixing memory kits. I have 4 RAM chips with the same model and ticks.

No need to rephrase anything, you need to stop combining kits. KF564C32BBEK2-64 is a two DIMM kit. The memory vendor does not make concessions for users combining any two kits, regardless of what they are. This is because the vendor bins them in the density in which they are sold.
Please use one kit in slots A2+B2.

The BIOS 2604 causes problems for some people and for me with RAM training. To rule out a source of error, I would recommend testing with BIOS 2506.
