ASUS ROG STRIX B650-A GAMING. Can the plastic screen above the heatsink be easily removed?

When I installed MAXIMUS X HERO in a case a long time ago, I had to remove a similar screen, because it interfered with the installation a little. Do I understand correctly that I can do the same with STRIX B650-A GAMING?

Not sure what it is you are asking. You shouldn't need to remove the rear IO shroud in order to install the motherboard in the chassis, no. May help in smaller chassis, but should only need to be more careful.
