I've recently got stuck in a boot loop on my rig. Things were working fine until the 15th of january this year.
The board has always had issues since I got it in 2023, with the thunderbolt issues at the start. Otherwise, the system has been working good enough, not enough to justify the price, but still.
So far I've tried the following:
Memtest - no issues
Switched DIMM slots and one stick of RAM at a time
Switched PSU
Switched GPU (from 3090 to 5080)
Removed all peripherals, including internal usb ones, other than the cooler
Removed all M2 drives and tried to install Windows on an SSD
Removed all SSDs and tried to reinstall on one M2
Sent the motherboard to the seller, they got it working somehow and were able to boot in to windows.
Got the motherboard back, formatted two of my M2s and tried to reinstall windows. Windows seems to only be able to boot when i put the M2 in M.2_1, the others result in no boot at all.
However, after a short while, Windows just crashes when I use the M.2_1 slot.
I'm at a bit of a loss here, are there any UEFI-settings that I should tinker around with to maybe get things running smoother?

Problem solved. The issue was with the CPU. Changing CPU solved every issue.

So far I've gotten some stability out of the system by unplugging the wifi antenna and using cable.
However, installing armoury fails (more than usual), Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) also fails while installing and the system sometimes crashes with "Your device ran in to a problem and needs to restart"

I've got the system back up and running now.
The issue seems to virtualization. I ran Windows Pro, which is heavy on virtualization, which lead to constant crashes before entering Windows.
Formatting to windows home allowed me to get in to Windows and finally see some error messages. Hypervisor.
Turning off SVM and the internal GPU in the BIOS has made the system stable for at least a few hours.
Gaming runs fine, passmark gives a half decent score. But I haven't dared turn on XMP yet,
