BIOS 1602

After updating the BIOS to 1602 I faced a weird issue, which is every time I turned on the PC my AIO (ROG RYUJIN II 360) screen worked normally but as soon as I logged in to Windows the screen would turn off, I opened the Armoury Crate and I found out that my AIO was not showing their as if it's not connected however the fan and the pump are working normally, also I found out that my ROG keyboard is not showing too, so I found out that everything connected to the USB port by wire isn't recognized but if I switch the ROG keyboard to the wireless mode it will work, same thing with the mouse.
If I restart the PC everything will work normally, so every time I shut down the PC I have to face this issue unless I do the restart.
I found a way around this issue, if I shut down the PC and switch off the power supply button everything will work fine when I turn on the PC the next time.

Any idea how to solve this issue??

to be honest i would try to update the usbfilter driver if that did not work then i just go back to bios 1516 if it was me

Can you list the memory kit part number, please? Sounds like your issue is memory instability.

In the first picture, everything works normally.  In the second picture, the  issue appears, after I shut down the PC and then  turn it on, as you can see  all parts with a wired connection will be lost:

- In the Armoury Crate devices like AIO (ROG RYUJIN II 360), ROG  keyboard, and ARGB Header are not showing, but the wireless adapter for the ROG keyboard is there.

- In Corsair all parts are not showing.

- In Razer app the wired keyboard is not showing but the wireless mouse with the adapter is there.

The RAM is working fine with EXPO on.

I did the test with:

In BIOS RAM EXPO is on and off

In BIOS RAM MCR enabled and disabled

In BIOS Fast boot on and off

Also, I tested with the steps you mentioned, all tests had the same result.

I found out that one setting in the BIOS will make a difference which is:

USB power delivery in soft off state (s5), if it is disabled I will have the same issue but if it's enabled everything will work fine.

So I think the issue with this option USB power delivery in soft off state (s5).

Thanks for the info. An issue with USB power delivery in soft off state has already been identified 👍
