Asus 670e e gaming and class action lawsuit for broken bioses

Level 7

After being on a bios forever with a 77800x3d and 7950x i decided to swap back to my 7950x from 7800x3d . I decided to update bios of course like always with asus a no go. My memory is on qvl list and has been since first bios. It seems like competence in asus has gone down so bad that they are intentionally hosing these boards for some reasons surely someone cannot be so incompetent to release stuff that dont work. With this said and only being able to boot at memory speeds of 4800 is unacceptable.  I cannot change anything in bios with out it boot looping at all any more is time for asus to fix the crap there putting out. I  have started a class action lawsuit against asus in regards to the constant problems with asus. we are asking for all boards to be replaced up front no cost to customer at all and compensation in the millions for customers who have dealt with this time and time over. If you would like to be added to this lawsuit reach out to me here. I need type of board date purchased and memory being used also.  As usual asus has had alot of bioses to work this out and they have not its time for action.
