Can someone please direct me to release notes for this particular AMD chipset driver from Asus?

I have ROG Strix X670E-E Gaming WiFi MB

currently using V5.06.16.400 chipset driver from Asus support download page

Ryzen 7700X

Red Devil 7900XTX

If you go to AMD's official website for drivers you can find information about chip set drivers but its appears this is a even newer driver. I was just checking to see if there were updates on the ASUS website and along with the chip set driver there is also a new graphics card driver as well.

CHIP set driver is for the new AMD Apu chips I found out . I did not see if there was any other improvements.
