Am I On A Super Old BIOS?

Hi,

I recently build myself a new PC and I have ASUS TUF Gaming X670E-Plus, I've checked out my BIOS Version and it says 0613 x64, tried looking up latest BIOS on Asus site in BIOS & FIRMWARE section and it says that the latest BIOS is 2413, haven't even found anything close to my BIOS version there. Does this means that I'm running like a really super old BIOS version? And also this is might be a problem of my PC taking almost 30 seconds to get to press DEL screen?

I think that's the very first release BIOS, quite old and buggy. People getting a-die RAM TO 8000MHz with the newest BIOS. Check out Hardwareluxx for their BIOS releases page.  I'm on my phone, hard to find it right now.
