Hi,

I just built a pc using the Prime B650M-A WIFI II

I have a 78003dx, a ProArt 4070 TI and 32 gb DDR5 6000 g.skill.

Ever since the first post, the motherboard takes about 15-20 secs to post and also flashes the power led, after that, Post is normal, boot is normal and pc is working fine after all the stress tests.

My questions is: Is this normal?

I haven’t built a PC in a long while, and I never had a PC in the past that took that long to post.

Thanks,

JP

Hi @itsJPV

After initially selecting EXPO, upon the system successfully POSTing enter the UEFI and use the search function to find Memory Context Restore.

You may get two results, enable only one of them. Save and Exit.

This function retains the last successful memory training and will reduce POST times significantly. Note that you may wish to first properly establish if the memory is stable.
