Also takes a minute for mine to POST. Latest firmware. Likely due to having 96GB of RAM? It is very good memory, but not super slow - could that be why? 5600Mhz + ECC. All default BIOS settings.
Is this considered normal by ASUS?

Threads are locked due to inactivity. Plus the thread already had the correct resolution.
It's considered normal by AMD. You need to enable EXPO and subsequently enable Memory Context Restore. This will retain the last successful memory training and reduce POST times. The amount of time taken to train depends on the memory configuration.
