X570 ROG crosshair dark hero. Sleep freeze NO WAKE UP.

Please help me solve this, i hate shutting down the system hard like that. Also does not shut down,  when it sleeps, despite selecting never, it will not wake up, at all. It must b3 shut down.

Also, usb failers constantly must be unplugged and plugged back in. Keyboard. Mouse, anything. 

3. HDD DESTROYER!! STANDERED SEAGATE BARRACUDA 10TB. STORAGE SATA 3 HDD . JUST PLAIN HDD MAKES A TERRIBLE SOUND THEN IT DESTROYS THE HDD. I CANT EVEN SEND IT BACKNON WARRENTY ANY MORE SO IM OUT 150.00. 

4. I HAVE USED EVERY CROSSHAIR BOARD SINCE THE BEGINNING. I HAD SYSTEMS 286,386,486 AND THE FIRST PENTUIM. 25+ YEARS. Never had asus stick it to me like this. I paid 899.99 for this the day it came out. I had the ROG Strix x570 which was superior, no issue board!! Ive sent the board in 3x only to get a used board back with the exact issues. 

Updated bios, reistalled windows 10, 11 ect.... driver update, downgrades, to custom made. I SHOULD MENTION IM AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER.

Not quite sure where to start here. We can maybe start with it being improbable that the motherboard caused a mechanical failure on a HDD, or perhaps you can explain how you think that’s the case rather than the drive simply experiencing a mechanical failure?

USB drop issues can be attributed to instability, can you post your complete system specs including the memory kit part number, and any devices attached to the systems IO.

Under what issue was the board sent in for in particular? PM me if you wish to send me your case details privately.

Ive had x9 warrenty replacements on the HDD,  and 3x dark hero used boards in place of my brand new one for warrenty replacements. Same issues

IVE BEEN A TOTAL LOYAL ASUS CUSTOMER AND PROMOTE YOUR PRODucts to every customer i have.

Highly dissappointed in this board. Every board has its issues, quirks, but board has just baffled me, with issues. 899.99 i have a used or refurbished board since the first warrenty replacement. The issues persist, i keep waiting on bios updates solve the issues to no avail.

If you havd a solution just for the wake, power down and power up blue screen and shut off, driver i/o? Tried removing and swapping RAM TO SUPPORED LIST, PROCESSOR FROM 3800XT TO 5600G, GPU ASUS POSIDEON ULTRA 1080TI TO THE INTERGRADED RAYDEON 6. REMOVED THE M.2 SDD FOR OTHER⁸ BRANDS ALL. 

DRIVER UPDATES. INSTALLS DIRECTLY  FROM ASUS support page. 

All and all for 4y Its been a constant irritation. Still the problem persists.

Really need to know what’s connected to the system before making any assumptions, and if you’ve changed the memory, please confirm the part number and whether or not DOCP is applied when the USB dropouts occur / failure to resume from sleep.
