Hi,

The last few BIOS updates have had potential security mitigations, but the notes don’t explain what security issues are being mitigated here.

I’m wondering what if anyone has any information as to what’s being fixed.

Haven’t updated to 4802 since I saw a lot of people having problems with that one, and barely anybody has talked about 4805 despite it being the newest.

Apparently that version came with 4802, but I’m wondering what 4805 has, unless it’s just making things more stable. Still confused about a lot of this and how likely it’ll impact common computer users.

Guess I’ll wait for now since 4805 came out a week ago, and I don’t know the general consensus on it.
