Hello,
I had to RMA my AIO cooler from NZXT. It was a Kraken z73 liquid AIO. They (NZXT) replaced it with a kraken elite 360 which supports AM4 chipsets. I swapped the cooler today and now my PC starts to boot and then shuts off. I checked all the connections and everything seems fine, I’m really not sure why it would not just work as is cause the setup is essentially the same as it was before. Really need some help here on what to do to resolve this and get my desktop up and running again.

If you only changed the cooler, check that ur not pulled out the cpu and the push it back in bending the pins on cpu.. I pulled out the cpu from socket just from the thermal past sticking to cooler.. You can also start motherboard up without a cpu just to see if it stays on and can get into bios..

1. Clear CMOS via motherboard rear I/O panel
2. If all you've changed is the CPU cooler, remove the CPU from the socket and inspect. Ensure to remount the CPU cooler with consistent mounting pressure and don't over-torque.
3. Then check that ESP12V and 24-pin connectors are fully inserted.
