Hello ppl , I have an x470 I gaming and while I managed to find my way through some problems I had in the beginning after installing my 3700x there is still one.

I can't Post with DOCP on and my Rams will stay at 2133mhz CL15
While they are advertised as 3200mhz CL14 ( Corsair Vengeance PRO RGB 16GB )
Whenever I activate it , I see the Memory voltage to be set to 1.35 and when I save and reset the pc it just starts Running GPU And chassis Fans at Max and nothing happens at all it just stays like that.

Any ideas of how I can wake them up?
I'm in 2501 atm.
As far as I read there is no other person that have tested this Beta Bios so I can have some feedback .

I guess I will maybe be the first but If there is another way it would be nice to know , thanks in advance!

Maybe your motherboard also needs a Vboot voltage at 1.35v, like the crosshairs to POST.

The Crosshair VI doesn't need boot voltage setting on 7304

Ryzen 5 3600 + Crosshair VI Hero here

On 7106 I've found I can post easily into windows and it's pretty stable with my 3200mhz RAM kit at it's XMP profile, however it will crash in DCS world.

I've found that running the ram at 2133mhz but clocking the FCLK to 1600mhz is basically nearly as quick, but I don't have any issues with memory compatibility.

Should help until we get proper BIOS revisions with updated AGESA codes.

There are bugs in AGESA 1003 - whatever version you get - especially with boost.

Make sure you update to the latest chipset drivers. Do the latest ones from ASUS, then the latest from AMD, which should fix detiny 2.

So they are different?
I thought they were the same version…
Too much confusion around this point. I don't care if Asus uses a numeration and AMD another, but they should be the same driver.

Make sure that you do not have M.2 nvme drive in socket closest to CPU, it forces to PCIe x16_1 from 16x mode to 8x, so that it can take 4x lines to itself (leaving remaining 4x to PCIe x16_2.

Thanks for this. I never realized my 2080 was running in x8 mode. I was assuming the M2.2 affected the 2nd Pcix8 lane only. Sadly im now stuck with an extra m2 since i got 2.

sometimes nvme ssd doesn't get recognized after boot (with latest beta bios)

reboot fixes it but I think it's bios issue. c6h wifi

I once had my 1080ti running at x8 by accident. Changing back to x16 made 0 difference. So you may aswell use both m2 drives

C7H is pretty solid with bios 2501, great results, stable and boost works as advertised. Just the known bugs, but all have workarounds.

My 3700X is way better than my 2700X, most impressed by the IMC which is amazing.

x370 c6h wifi bios freezes and get stuck if I try to boot override to nvme drive

happens in all latest bioses (last few versions and latest beta bios)
