This is not a Intel cpu, short 1.5V peaks in idle is fine, it's by design. If you remove it you loose the fast boost feature.

People like you are currently making AMD regressing their AGESA:s on public demand, and everybody will get less performance.

edt. and Volts by itself does not make higher temps, you need something going on consuming current to raise the temps. Learn Ohms law.

Okey...
But voltage is constantly up in 1.4-1.5V because cpu reacts in everything really sensitively.
We all have many back ground applications. That means that even browser open and im off the computer, it keeps jumping over 4ghz and 1.4-1.5V. All loads are less than 5%.

If AMD says its ok then fine. But i really want my warranty if it breaks.

AMD has said it's OK, check Robert Hallocks posts on Reddit!

edit. what is annoying is if the fans ramps for nothing, best thing is to set fan curves manually to not start ramp until 55-60C and above that rather steep. Really steep above 70C.

You should be worried if you're seeing those voltages at HIGH loads, not light ones. You can watch this video on why this is and how modern day boost algorithms work. (Intel's boost is a bit ancient at this point) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iZI9ZgwrDYg

Besides, if you are running stock there will be no valid reason for AMD to deny a warranty claim. Only thing I'd worry about is ASUS messing with voltages themselves on 'Auto' settings, like what The Stilt identified with the Formula and possibly other X570 boards.

Why do I keep getting erratic CPU Over temp error reboots? I end up with the computer rebooted to the BIOS splash screen sitting there waiting for hours for me to press F1 to enter setup.

I have custom loop cooling. My temps under my normal load are only 64-65°C. Never seen the temps go above 70°C.

When I enter the BIOS and select the Monitor page, I briefly catch the cpu temperature readout in red at 77°C. It then instantly changes to 40°C.

Why is 77°C being detected as a overtemp condition. Second, why is the temp readout even showing 77°C. when it really isn't that hot. Again, the cpu temp never breaks 70°C in full load use all day.

Perhaps you are being affected by the random fan stop bug and your cooling shuts down?

I don't run any fan control other than disabled so that all fans always run at 100%. The radiator fans are plugged into the CPU Fan header.

Does this header have a problem of losing fan 12V output erratically for some reason?

Never have had a problem with this C7H mobo and the 2700X before. Issues with the 3900X and the 2501 BIOS.

Anyone else getting No keyboard detected randomly at reboot? Press reset and the keyboard is found. Annoying.

People were reporting that fan control issues came back with the most recent bios on the Asus download page (and iirc the one just before that too). With the radiator fans being connected to the motherboard header but running at 100%, I don't know if the fans will still randomly shut down. I don't know if the fans still suffer from random shutdowns if the bios is not actively adjusting their speed up/down.

I guess the next step in troubleshooting would be to power the radiator fans directly off the PSU also and avoid the cpu fan header on the motherboard.

Sounds like the right move, I'm lucky with my H150i running fans/pump from the SATA power line.

Yep. I wouldn't feel confident in the pc working away like that, unattended, knowing the fans could randomly shut down. It's been a huge flaw that really hurt my impression of Asus as a quality brand I could trust.
