I have now managed to set AURA RGB modes for the motherboard and GPU block in the shutdown tab, so i don't need AURA installed for RGB to work (or lightingservice.exe process to be exact).
This has cured my 2700X on the CH7 of 1.4-1.45 idle vcore problem. Cores that run at 2083mz now have 0.816v and not 1.45 anymore.

i cant believe that pcie4 support is still there, another great news..

Well 1.0.0.3AB is kinda old its the one that all x570 boards ran on. Expect it to be gone by 1.0.0.4 or wahts next Full version will be.

yeah, sooner or later will be interrupted.

Oh I LOVE that it actually boots. If the thermals were under control I'd be all good. I idle at ~55-60C and under medium load it'll kick up to 85-90. Full load it'll shut down due to overheat.

Take care with temps, never over 70C. you could corrupt the cpu/socket or reduce his life...try with a lower vcore until this will be fix.

Nonsense. The parts are rated for way higher temps - I would never run a CPU higher than 75 on a daily basis tho. But there is no socket corruption or whatever else dmg you think this causes. Honestly, this is not how this works.

A lower vcore is also a risky endeavor, especially if you are not 100% what you are doing. Check the last few Gamers Nexus videos, they deal a lot with this stuff. And validate with perf tests.

Back to topic tho: I'm running a 3600X on my C6H with bios rev. 7201 - no issues so far. Boost seems okay, but I have yet more testing to do. No funky boot issue, no post loop either. QFan spin up/down delay is brokenagain, but yeah. That's par for the course with ASUS these days I guess. Under synthetic stress (Cpuz stress test, for now) the CPU reaches 72° with a Corsair H80iv2 and some thermal grizzly. A bit higher than my 1600X, but not at all in the regions of what some reviews measured. Maybe that'll change once I fire up prime95 Ior something equally demanding. Highest gaming load I have seen, in just a few days, was 63°. We have extremely high ambient temps right now where I live, so I could not do a real comparison so far.

Good luck everybody! 😃

This solves 07 error code issue and now I'm finally able to boot my computer but there is lots of issues with this bios.

I'm getting 8 error code and 04 error code whenever (not always but like 80% of time) I power on after power off, hibernate, restart. Unable to boot unless I see america trend screen again. Also sometimes I'm stuck at bios screen on boot up with A0 error code.

Sounds like it's common issue which everyone else seems to be having

my bios setting is default, nothing changed or overclocked. ram at 2133

I tried setting mem at 3533MHz and Fclk att 1766MHz, as some users with other vendors have reported it would activate boost. But it doesn't, still only 4300MHz instead of 4400MHz.

Tried stock as well, performance is even worse, max all core in CB20 4100MHz vs 4150-4175MHz with 2501. Everything is worse with this bios.

And now Ryzen Master is dead again, "no driver loaded"

edit. there was a new HWINFO64 Beta today which appear to show correct values.

Regarding the Ryzen Master issue I had that with both 2401 and 2501, it's like the installation gets FUBAR after a while (was working until a reboot, then not working, reinstalled again after a reboot and not working, reinstalled second time and is working). My current installation is working both with 2501 and 2602.

Glad to hear I'm not alone on this problem. It's like Windows/Ryzen Master treats our CPU's as if we installed new ones with every BIOS upgrade.

Going through peoples experiences sofar in this thread, I'm holding back on updating to 2602.

C6H: Worse boost behaviour, severely worse memoc (can't even cold boot 3733 when I could coldboot 3800 at 7201). Better cpu temps, C5 is fixed, 07 is fixed, TurboV Core working again in windows.
I'm sticking with this one at 4.2@1.356 and 3200 XMP
