I am wondering if the X570-E Gaming (not the X570-Gaming II) will get the 5043 bios? I can understand that the E Gaming might be considered EOL , but I think every other board based on the X570 chip from ASUS had recieved the updated bios to deal with firmware attestation issue and fTPM stutter. This is actually a serious issue even if it only afffects a small number of users so I am hoping ASUS can push out one last fix for the X570-E Gaming.

As far as I understand, there won't be any more updates, and beta 5041 is the last one, just with the "beta" prefix. I found this thread on Reddit.

If the X570-F gets the 5043 bios then also the X570-E makes no sends if it doesnt get it.

I have an Asus Rog Strix motherboard and GPU. If the X570 E Gaming really isn't updated like all the other X570 Gaming series boards, Asus will no longer see me as a customer in the future!

TPM certification is now operational.

I don’t understand. Have you already tested this beta version? Did the stuttering stop?
I’m afraid to update because it’s a beta version and it might cause some issue on my PC, since I’m not very knowledgeable about this. I have a “TUF GAMING X570-PLUS/BR,” and on the ASUS website there are two new beta versions available, 5043 and 5041 (as shown in the screenshot). However, only version 5043 mentions “a critical fTPM firmware update, increasing security and optimizing game compatibility.”.

Can these possible fTPM stutters interfere with input lag in competitive games like Counter-Strike 2?
I ask because, in my case, ever since I built my gaming PC three years ago with a “TUF GAMING X570-PLUS/BR,” I’ve been experiencing these input lag issues (missing or inconsistent hit registration). In addition, I constantly experience a “floaty” mouse feeling, which is the worst symptom. It’s impossible to play competitive games; the enemy always has an advantage over me, even when playing on a 360 Hz monitor.
Would acquiring a physical fTPM, that is, a TPM 2.0 SPI 14-1 module, solve all these stuttering issues in games?
