which ethernet port is what ?

Hi, the mobo comes with two ethernet ports, one "LAN" and the other "2.5 Gb". Good...
Now, upon installing a hypervisor OS, it wants me to select either one of them. It designates the one under (r8169) and the other under (igb).
Can anyone tell me which one corresponds to the above ports, to make sure I plug the ethernet cable in the correct port?*
