What and where is PCH ?

What is your PCH temp?

Mine is 60 degrees idle'ing(65-70 on load). While everything else is around 37 degrees. Is this normal?

Mine is 50 to 65C on idle.

From BIOS 1001 and up to 1107 I had 45-65 degrees on idle.
After BIOS 1401 I get 20-30 degrees in idle.

40~65 is normal , but air flow effects in that zone
Keep to update the latest BIOS

Platform Control Hub (PCH), it is the X370 chip on the Crosshair VI Hero.

I just said F**k it and bought a laser thermometer! No guessing about the temps showing on the screen, just dot that sucker and get correct temps.:D
