what is the most stable bios version? crosshair vi hero?

just wondering, i see there is a newer bios than the version I have installed but have read some people are having issues with it. right now I have 6401 installed, was wondering your guys opinions on the best bios version
if it matters i have an amd ryzen 1800x cpu and 16 GB 3200 vengeance ram

No need to update if you will not change to zen 2.
The bios you have is the most stable for x370 atm.

Remain on 6401 for 1000 or 2000-series Ryzen. That's rock solid.

Thanks for this thread. I used bios flashback on my Crosshair VI hero to make sure I was doing it right on my new CHVII Mobo (turned out that Mobo was DOA and just wouldn't boot) and I was super confused why stability went to garbage. I kept crashing out of games. I rolled back to the earlier bios and I think the issue is fixed.
