My motherboard is an Asus X470-I ROG Strix. I want to permanently disable turbo boost and just keep the ryzen 2700x at stock settings. I have Core Performance Boost disabled in the bios and the Ryzen 2700x is still turbo boosting to 4.8Ghz randomly. I'm running the latest BIOS which is 0804. Please look at the image url below.

Use HWINFO IMO. Do go into settings of HWINFO and uncheck box highlighted below.
