True core voltage?

I'm running R1700 @ 3.8 - and as you see in the pictures, the offset voltage is high, it's the lowest which can keep CPU stable.
And now to the question, is the Vcore really the right value I'm looking at? CPU itself seems to be reporting more realistic value considering my mild overclock. Is it some "let's add +20 to temperature and make it give false reading by AMD" trick or what..
Also the fact that memory voltage is set 1.35 in BIOS as it should with this speed with this memory is shown as much higher voltage leads me to really believe this MB really has some issues - This has been discussed before I know, I myself have too, but would it be possible that somebody from ASUS would come here to clear some things up.
