Recently swapped my Ryzen 5 1600 to a 7 3700X. Prior to the swap I updated my BIOS to the most recent version(2501). After the swap I cleared my CMOS then proceeded to update my chipset driver. While I was trying to update my driver, I noticed my mouse moment was delayed and also stuttering - it would start moving then stop, start moving then stop, and on and on. I managed to get the driver installed and rebooted my PC and am still having the same problem just not as severe l, although this time I’m noticing it with my keyboard as well. I can start typing and some keys don’t get input and some keys “lock up” and repeat themselves like kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk until I interrupt it manually.
Motherboard is an ASUS Crosshair VII hero, GPU is an EVGA 1080ti SC2 Hyrbid.
It wasn’t doing this to me prior to the CPU swap, any help is appreciated.
Thanks a ton
Edit: everything is set to default in the bios
