I've updated my BIOS to 6042, and had some issues configuring the fans I have hooked up to the "pump" connectors.
I can't get them to run a silent profile that has them running as slow or as quiet as I could with previous versions. Trying to set a manual curve on those sockets in the q-fan utility has it hang up entirely.
My pump is on a molex connector direct from the PSU, and I want those sockets to run the radiator fans, but not being able to set a quiet profile is bugging me.
Maybe a single bit of data for these connectors could be used to store an "I'm a fan not a pump" flag?
