So after about 60 days of troubleshooting. I purchased a b550-f and have no issues with the rtx5070
Some background
Purchased 5070 to oc and a 27" oled. Tdrs immediately. Mostly at idle. Tried Ddu and reinstalled like 20 different drivers. Bios updates, video bios updates. Reg fixes. Defaulted bios. Every suggested bios setting. Nvidia control panel again every suggestion I could find. Windows registry. Reinstalled windows. Purchased a new power supply. Rma'd the monitor the card, purchased a 5070. Nothing I did worked. The odd thing I ran a 3060ti without issue prior. So anyway this morning a b550-f arrived (sad no usb-c front panel) after moving everything over;not one tdr issue all day / evening. And I tried everything that would set it off previously. Multiple you tube videos to desktop. Turning the monitor off for 30 seconds and turning it back on. Gaming for an hour then going into windowed mode. Shoot even coding in notepad crashed a few times. Anyways seems there are a lot of reports of this issue on the web. Hope this helps someone else not wanting to play QA analyst for 60 days
