Windows is reporting that 32 GB of my 64 GB is shared GPU memory!!
I have no integrated graphics and of course the motherboard doesn't have onboard video. I only have discrete GPU.
How is that possible?!
What setting in BIOS is responsible for that and why is it allocating so much anyway?

CPU: R7 1800X
BIOS version : 6401

You need to report to windows via bug report. It's a windows problem. Last one I did was for 3900x reported 15mb when had 16g/b installed. Took about 3 weeks for them patch it, which I thought was rather fast. I took screenshot of there report beside aida64 one which was correct.

I know for sure 1800x and 16gb reports correctly.... or would have done one already !

So you're thinking this is a bug rather than an aggressive windows memory allocation policy?
I'll look into it more.

You could check this with hwinfo or aida64, if they display something different to windows problem found.
