Serious UEFI BIOS issue - boot order ignored and overwritten

Hi all

I have just received a TUF Gaming B450M-PRO II and the UEFI BIOS has a serious issue. I have just updated to the latest BIOS and the issue persists.
Basically I have enabled PXE boot of the machine and set the Realtek onboard NIC as the primary device in the boot order. This works perfectly for the initial boot of the machine but when either:
1) an OS install is completed
2) a bootable USB stick is inserted
... then the boot order is overridden and the system boots from the first storage device in the list.

When I then go into the UEFI BIOS screen to confirm the boot order, it seems it has been changed and the PXE option I set has been moved down the list with the storage device being the primary boot device.

The only way to get the machine to go into my custom iPXE boot screen again is to manually set PXE as the primary option in the BIOS. There doesn't seem to be a way to set a permanent boot order of the machine.

Is anyone else able to replicate this serious issue on any other Asus AMD boards?
Is anyone from Asus able to comment on this as I assume it must be a bug in the Asus UEFI firmware implementation?

Thanks, B
