Just got a 5900x today, flashed (Before install) the latest 2402 beta bios

issue,
- CPU sometimes boost correctly(4.950 is highest I've seen) but seems to settle on 2.2GHz all cores and then its stuck on 2.2 ghz all cores ??

anyone else have issues?

ps also Ryzen Master says unsupported cpu ? 😄 latest version (EDIT* uninstall and reinstall of ryzen master fixed that but still stuck on 2.2ghz)

Bios 2702 seems better to me, its not failing randomly and then no bios settings will post to windows like the other "new" bioses

I'm able to run at DOCP atleast now, although the bios doesnt seem to like DRAM voltage higher than ~1.39V, then it fails to post to Windows

hoping these issues will be fixed with the new AGESA thats coming

I have same issue with 2702 and 3003, I could not get DOCP to work @ 3600 or 3533, I put it to 3200 and it hasn't crapped itself yet...
Using, CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (PC4 28800) Intel XMP 2.0 Desktop Memory Model CMW32GX4M4D3600C18.

I will need to look at a guide to overclocking the CPU and RAM from the ROG side. I assume trying to make changes in 'Ryzen Master' is less perferable.

I would highly recommend anyone experiencing instability problems to shift to Karhu RAM Test version 1.1.0.0 or greater. This is by far the most effective memory stress test for Zen-based platforms and should help diagnose instability faster.

For instance, Google Stress App test (GSAT) may take over 1 hour to throw an error whereas Karhu may find an error on the same system in under 5 minutes.

I have the same problem.
First I had a 5900x with these WHEA 41 errors and for the test I bought a 5950x and the errors persist. Inexplicable restarts happen all the time.
OC yes or no or everything to default settings.
Bios 3003
Asus Crosshair Hero (nonWifi)
2 x 16 GB G.Skill 3600 MHz DDR4 Neo (Certified for Ryzen5000)
Samsung 980 Pro
Asus 3080 Strix OC
Asus Thor 1200 Watt

The system is stable when its under load ! OCCT 3 hours stress test, Prime, 20 x Cinebench R20 run. No problem.
The restart happen when the system ist idle surfing through web ect.

I have the same problem (fine under load, idle BSOD only). Trident Neo 3600 CL14-15-15-35 and 5900X. A chap posted a possible fix over here which I am going to try out.
