So tried.
Errors occur at the basic level, ie BIOS / UEFI.
Windows BSODs are just a consequence.

Absolutely random, restart from restart, hard reset, power on / off .. some kind of internal RAM error occurs during XMP / D.O.C.P. (3200MHz) profile and these then generate errors.

Therefore, the system can run "without error" and work stably, including Memtest.
Or incorrectly when random BSODs are generated.
After a while, Memtest will stop testing itself, due to excessive error rate.
Or it even freezes when you try to edit the BIOS settings.

I don't know what to do... May I suggest to try reflash the previous BIOS to check if everything work? Try also with each stick of RAM if it works.

Strarting to see freezes if I leave the PC running for a few hours while watching Netflix for example. Happened a few times now. I'm going to leave HwInfo64 on and log the results so that I can review on next freeze. Thinking of rolling back the Bios.
