ROG STRIX B550-I GAMING - AGESA 1.2.0.7 / Testing

Yesterday ASUS released a lot of AGESA 1.2.0.7 Bioses (https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/uhlo8t/asus_announces_uefi_bios_support_agesa_1207_for/)

But they left behind B550i and probably some others.

This is a placeholder thread for testing this Agesa later for our lovely mobo!

Thats weird, its not showing up for me...lol

Edit: Installed, now its time to see if there are any Whea errors.

I've got it installed and don't have any problems. But, I'm on Linux (Fedora) now. Not Windows. So, I can't tell if it fixes the TPM/Certificate/stuttering problem it was supposed to with this AGESA version.

One good thing is that the BIOS now recognizes that I've changed all the fan speed settings. This is the first time in 2 or 3 BIOS updates that that's been true.

Were the stuttering issues only pertaining to Windows 11? I'm still running 2603 on Windows 10 and have experienced no issues yet.

I think I only ran into the occasional "stutter" back when I was on both Windows 10 and 11. I was constantly getting those fTPM AIK SCEP Certificate Enrollment (Event ID: 86) errors in my log though:

Unfortunately, in Linux, I don't even know where to look for those kinds of things.

There's a thread on the AMD forums where they've been focusing on the stutters. Some people are saying that the AGESA update didn't fix it for them:

Flashed 1.2.0.7 without issue. Profiles were blanked, though.

3600Mhz Crucial.

My CPU seems to be idling higher in windows. 50+ (sometimes 60c). Which wasn't case on the last BIOS i was running (version before).

Anyone else experiencing this?
