I installed Bios version 2704 on my B450-F Gaming motherboard and, just like with version 2605, my system will fail to boot every other restart claiming memory problems. To make the story short, it's not the memory, it's the Bios. Re-install 2406 and the system works normally again.

Hello. I had a version of BIOS 2501. When updating BIOS to version 2704/2801, the computer does not start, the red LED is on. I press reset, and the computer starts, that is, the computer starts on the second attempt. On version 2501, there is no such problem.

Then Asus has apparently NOT fixed the problem of booting every other attempt. It is a problem that you will experience with any ROG Strix B450F-Gaming Bios version newer than 2501.

Mine Boots fine every time with BIOS 2801 (2704 worked fine for me as well).
It does take longer than I'd like but that's the only issue I have with it.
I have 16 GB G.Skill TridentZ 3200 (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR) and I use the DOCP (XMP) profile.
What RAM are you using, is it on the QVL ?
EDIT:
PVR416G320C6K is Not on the QVL which could be the reason you have that issue.
Have you tried setting it to a lower speed like 2933 and see if that helps ?
PS
I tested a 2666 Patriot Viper Elite kit (PVE48G266C6KGY) and it worked fine even though it's not on the QVL.
PSS
RED LED = CPU Error
Yellow LED = RAM Error
