ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING Block Diagram (looking for missing PCIe lane)

I notice my GPU runs at x8 speed instead of x16, Linux tell my GPU was lane downgraded to x8

I wonder what cause, I been trying to find Block Diagram to troubleshoot missing lane.

it would be nice to have Block Diagram, so I can avoid motherboard making GPU missing lane

There is the issue already. When you populate slot m.2_2 the slot PXIe X16_1 for the GPU will run at 8x as per the Manual.
