ROG CROSSHAIR VII HERO - STAMP option

anyone could point me how to disable STAMP on this board ? i have latest BIOS and it seems missing somehow ?

my bad on misstypo it is "STAPM" if a mod can change title plz

anyway i manage to find a solution to disable it (when u dont have even the option on bios somehow it turns on):
just place this "Package Power Limit Control" and "platform thermal throtle limit" with manual values and u will no longer have STAPM i was using latest bios on a 5900x
