RamCache II - Stopping Sleeping & Shut Down

Has anyone else noticed that the RamCache II stops the sleep function and prevents shutdown in windows?
Is this a 'feature' or is there something wrong with my configuration?

It's really annoying sometimes I forget to click force shutdown and PC stays on all night...

Honestly I'm just searching for any useful instructions on this program at all.

I mean I allocated an amount of RAM and then hit "Start" and then...what?...what do I do now? The only button I can now choose is "Stop." WTF?! Am I supposed to just close the program and it will just stay "on" all the time until I choose to reopen the program one day and tell it to "Stop?" Is that how it works?
