Pump & AIO Headers (X570-E Gaming) can I use third-party apps to reduce the PWM speed?

Hi,

I understand from the manual that the "W_Pump+" and "AIO_Pump" headers are not controllable in the BIOS with Q-Fan, they run at max speed.

What I need to know is, can I use third-party apps like Fan Control to reduce PWM D5 pump speeds?
I have 2 D5s, I understand they will run at 100% when the system starts but what about with I'm in Windows and Fan Control runs, will that take over and reduce the pump speeds or will they stay at 100% RPM because of the headers?
