Problem with sound card

Hello goodnight! My B550 TUF was working perfectly, I managed to talk on discord without any problems, the problem is that when I go to another application like obs, audacity or any other that picks up the sound coming from windows, there is a noise (example below) that interferes a lot. To want to record some things, I've tried the reduction but it's very bad.

My house is grounded, I use the iclamper and I have already tested it on another device (it worked without noise)

Does anyone know what can it be? what testicles can i make? I already removed the fan, the board from the case, saw if something bad was connected, tested everything. My source is xpg pylon 550w

NOTE: I'm newba on apex hahah

Hi,

Try running a Latencymon and see if it picks up anything in particular interrupting real-time audio.

no problem, correct?

You would need to leave the tool open and wait for the issue to occur, then recheck the tool.

I left it open for several minutes and it didn't find anything. The problem is constant and it happens a lot on windows, I already asked my friends on discord, games and etc. there is no noise in these programs, but only on windows that it is clear.

OBS, audacity and etc that get the audio from windows appears the noise.

Is there any particular point in the video you posted? Sounds like OBS is simply picking up your microphone.
