Posting issue after 6+ hours of being turned off CH7

I have tried different timings, more voltage etc... but for some reason if my PC sits turned off for several hours and I tried to turn it on it does not post. I then force it to turn off and turn it back on and then it posts to BIOS that there was a failure. I just tell it to go through and change nothing and everything boots up just fine.

I have ran several tests, stress tests etc... and the machine always passes so I am at a loss as to why this keeps happening.

CH7
Ryzen 3800x
DDR4 4400Mhz memory - I had it running at 4400Mhz but I down clocked it to 3800Mhz with better timings to see if it would solve this problem and it has not.

Yes, I have noticed the same, for me it came with bios 2901. I have never had it before. Let's hope the 1004B bios solves the issue.

edit. My Prime Pro have not, and haven't had, such a issue ever. Running 1004B on it now(bios 5406)

So what you are saying is prior to 2901 your machine worked perfectly but when you upgrade 2901 (same BIOS settings for your machine and Memory) you started getting the same problem?

Just want to make sure its not me with bad memory timings.

Yes, this problem made it's debut with 2901

I believe you may be right, I reverted back to 2801 last night and then loaded up my profile. I lowered my ram speed from 4400 with CL18 timings down to CL14 timings at 3800Mhz and increased the FCLK to 1900 and got better performance numbers than running memory at 4400.

Anyways that has nothing to do with the problem LOL

Machine booted up just fine this morning and it booted up faster. When I get home from work will see again but I think you may have hit it on the head this time!
