Performace Bias option in BIOS

Sigtran
Level 10
I have found that Performance Bias option in BIOS gives some real performance boost, not just in benchmarks.

It seems to somehow lower the latency in L2 & L3 cache, see picture. And it is real, for example WinRAR get boost up to 2-3% in performance, as well as many other apps and games.

However, I have a problem with it, when I turn it on (to CB11.5, CB15 or Aida/Geekbench) and get this perfomance increase, system is not completely stable any more, it hangs or resets after a while, within first few hours usually, which it does not happen if the option is off or auto. Does anyone has idea which parameter setting, voltage etc could help me stabilize it? I tried CPU voltage increase, but it didn't help... Even tried lowering the cpu clock, also didn't help. Suggestions are welcome, as well as more info on this option in BIOS (I am currently still on 1501).

EDIT: It seems that increasing the SoC voltage from 1.1 to 1.15V stabilized it.
