PCIe Slot 1 blocked...

Hi,

I just build my pc but unfortunately the Noctua NH-D15 SE-AM4 is blocking my PCIe Slot 1 is it possible to use the second slot ? *In the manual it says that the second slot is not available when the first slot is free is that true ?

My System:

Asus Crosshair VI Hero(AC-WIFI)
Ryzen 1700
Gskil Flare X 3200 16GB
MSI GTX 1080 ti
Samsung 960 EVO 500gb

its possible to use the second pcie slot np. everyone who overclocks using the base clock. instead of the pstates needs to use the second slot.
I'm sure someone who actually uses the second slot will explain in more detail. good luck!
