pc shutdown q code 00 and yellow diode

While playing a game, the computer suddenly shut down with q code 00. The yellow ram led was on. The fans did not spin. I had to turn off the computer at the power source. I tried clearing the cmos. I have everything set to default. Only the xmp profile is on. memories show a voltage of 1.344V. Is this correct? What could have caused the shutdown? Thank you for the advice.

i had this issue with the last 2 bios (including the one that they deleted) so i went back to 4006
