PBO scalar disappeared with 1103

Just updated my mobo and PBO scalar, had it on 10x, disappeared.
Is it normal?

It disappeared for Prime X470-Pro already in bios 4204, still gone in 4207, PBO works well though and there is no performance regression as far as PBO goes.

4207 do have higher latency than 4204 though.
