AMD has a new X570 Chipset Driver available on their site:

EDIT: and a download for the X470 Chipset, too: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x470
It's version 1.11.22.0454 and is dated 11/25/2019.
Since this is my first AMD rig, I'm not sure how to work this:
- Do I download and install those drivers over my existing version or uninstall the previous?
- Should I reset my BIOS to defaults before installing this?
- My motherboard BIOS is up-to-date, but should I wait for a new BIOS version from Asus?
- I'm using 1usmus' Power Plan. Do I undo that before updating to the new chipset drivers?
- I've used 1usmus' DRAM Calculator to overclock my memory. Do I remove that overclock before updating to this?
