Need help about DRAM - Corsair Dominator Platinum 3200 2x8Gb

I have vengeance Led Red 2x8 gb 3200"CMU16GX4M2C3200C16R" and i can not run it higher than 2133 Mhz if i change my mem with Dominator Platinum "CMD16GX4M2B3200C16" can i run it with 3200 mhz? I have 10 days to change it. They gave me Vengeance Led and said mainboard supports but it's not on list. I wonder about dominator cuz thats on qualified list...

I heard from some people that these settings can help:
"1) DRAM voltage: 1.35v, increase +0.01V until stable
2) DRAM Boot (bottom setting in DIgi+ menu): 1.35v.
3) Raise SOC: ~1.1v, maximum: 1.2v
4) VTTDDR (first setting in Tweaker's Paradise): 0.80520, raise +0.01 until stable
5) Use DDR4-2933 or DDR4-3200 setting.
6) Set timing settings: 16-18-18-36
