Hello kostas_25

This sounds like a form of instability.

Have you tried your games with the bios at default settings?

Now in Task manager at Memory - Speed says 2133 its not my all speed there its need to be 3600 if i change it its like i overclock the RAM???

If it's predominantly when playing games, then I'd look toward the GPU. Have you checked Windows Event logs to see if any stop codes are listed?

Are you using the latest GPU drivers?

You may wish to use driver DDU.

Kernel power event isn't particularly helpful. Although it's relevant as the issue could well be power related.

Are you able to test an alternative GPU?
