I've been dealing with this frustrating issue where my PC randomly hard freezes since I first built it. It's driving me crazy because it happens out of the blue, sometimes right after I start it up. It's not like I'm running anything too demanding either, so I'm really confused.
I tried removing Armoury Crate and even disabled it in the BIOS, as someone suggested it might be the culprit. But no luck, the freezing still persists. One weird thing I've noticed is that whenever it freezes, my Bluetooth stops working when I restart. Usually, a restart fixes it, but today even that didn't work. I had to reinstall the WiFi/LAN driver from my motherboard's support page to get Bluetooth back up and running.
I've made sure all my drivers are up-to-date from the official motherboard support page, and my Windows is also updated (running Windows 10). I've even gone to the extent of disassembling and rebuilding my PC multiple times, just to make sure I didn't mess anything up. Well, except for removing the cooler from my CPU because I don't have any thermal paste on hand. By the way, my temperatures seem to be normal despite this.
Do you think this could be a hardware issue with the motherboard? Here are my specs:
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
